Part-Time 2IC (Second-in-Charge) – Maternity Cover (12-Month Contract)

Location: Clarks Tea Tree Plaza SA
Hours: 21 hours per week
Start Date: Approx. 26 June 2026
Contract: 12-month maternity leave cover

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time 2IC to support the Store Manager in leading our Clarks Eastland team. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion)
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assist with daily store operations including stock management, VM, and rostering
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence
  • Coach and develop team members on the shop floor

About You

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder, or Assistant Manager in retail
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Confident leading a team and driving performance
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Passion for retail and footwear

Important Note
