About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Clarks Eastland team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives on delivering results, developing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance, including UPT, ATV, and conversion
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium in-store experience
• Manage daily store operations including rosters, stock, and visual merchandising
• Analyse store performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and KPIs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for footwear and customer service
