Marketing Coordinator (Casual - 6 Week Contract with Extension Potential)

We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis. This is a 6-week contract with the possibility of extension, supporting key marketing activity across both digital and traditional channels. MAPM International is a growing Australian footwear business representing multiple brands in the local market. With a strong presence in both retail and eCommerce, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative products through purposeful marketing and engaging customer experiences — both online and in-store.

 

 

Your New Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating content, and supporting our retail, digital and eCommerce channels. From loading products into Shopify to ensuring stores are equipped with the latest POS assets, you'll be the connector that keeps campaigns moving smoothly across all touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and creative to make sure all activity is aligned, on brand, and delivered on time. It’s a great opportunity to build experience across a variety of marketing functions within a supportive team.

 

 

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinating the rollout of marketing campaigns across email, social, website, and in-store
  • Updating products, collections, and promotional banners on Shopify
  • Assisting with the briefing and coordination of graphic assets
  • Managing marketing calendars and supporting key deadlines
  • Liaising with retail teams to organise and distribute in-store POS and promotional materials
  • Helping maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Assisting with general marketing admin and cross-functional communication

 

 

Who Are You?

You’re a natural organiser, quick to take initiative, and love seeing campaigns go live without a hitch. You’re digitally savvy but comfortable switching gears between screen time and store comms. You enjoy working in a team, but also know how to manage your own to-do list.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, eCommerce, or digital coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Confidence using Shopify and basic email marketing platforms
  • A practical understanding of content, campaigns, and brand presentation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
